At FERAD Electronics Inc. our team of IT specialists provide technical assistance, support, day-to-day administration, maintenance and advice to customers and other users. We provide per incident support as well as ongoing computer support contracts to our clients. Also, with the latest technologies, our help-desk and remote access technics can also be used to assist customers when possible.
The Technical Support Department will schedule assistance on a variety of topics, including pre-sale system requirements analysis, network or workstation installation, memory configuration, problem troubleshooting, and software functionality walk-throughs. Our Services are available during business hours, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Mountain time, Mondays through Fridays (except Statutory holidays). A Technical Support Specialist will call you to confirm a prearranged time. After hours support is also available and can be arranged when necessary.
We can design, install, and support an organization?s LAN (local-area network), WAN (wide-area network), network segment, Internet, or intranet system, as well as provide onsite administrative support for software users in a variety of work environments. We also gather data to identify customer needs and then use that information to identify, interpret, and evaluate system and network requirements and will plan, coordinate, and implement new installations.
